We have a scheduling line for your convenience when calling to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, our office requires a 24-hour advanced notice so that time can be offered to another patient. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $50 fee.

Billing & Payments
Payment is expected at the time of service. We do accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover).
We will work with you in processing your insurance claims and expect you to be responsible only for the amount of your co-payment or your deductible at the time of service. If you are unclear about your coverage, contact your insurance carrier before your first visit.
We DO ACCEPT Medicare assignment. If you have questions about payment arrangements, please speak to one of our billing representatives.
The length of your examination and the medical complexity of your condition will determine the cost of your first visit with the doctor. The fee may be up to $400 depending upon the nature of your case. Charges for any laboratory tests, X-rays or other procedures will be in addition to the office visit.
