Osteoarthritis is the degeneration of cartilage in the afflicted joint. While the main rheumatic condition is arthritis, other well-known conditions include osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, lupus, gout, Lyme Disease, scoliosis and tendonitis.
